1. If you cancel 14 days or more before the meeting date, a penalty of 5% of the total travel fee will be charged.
2. If you cancel 7-14 days before the meeting date, a penalty of 30% of the total travel fee will be charged.
3. If you cancel 3-7 days before the meeting date, a penalty of 50% of the total travel fee will be charged.
4. If you cancel within 3 days before the meeting date, a penalty of 100% of the total travel fee will be charged.
*Note: The refunded amount is subject to the transaction service fee (around 4.4% + €0.30) charged by Paypal. For example, if you paid €100 for a booking and applied to refund in 15 days, you would get €90.30 back as a qualified refund. The exact amount may vary with regard to the latest fee policy by Paypal.
How to cancel my order?
Log in and find your orders. Refer to the page description to process the cancellation. Feel free to contact us via the chat box or email tripbuddycn@outlook.com if you need assistance.
What if the event of force majeure?
Force Majeure at the Destination:
1. If it leads to the cancellation of the entire or part of the itinerary, we will refund the actual costs that have not yet occurred. However, we will not be responsible for any losses beyond this, and we ask for your understanding.
2. If it leads to changes in the itinerary, any additional costs incurred after the change will be borne by the team members with notice; if the change results in a reduction of costs, we will refund the corresponding difference to the team members.
Note: This tour group is formed at the first destination (Shanghai). If force majeure or third-party reasons at the team members' place of departure make it impossible to meet on the assembly day, team members need to make appropriate adjustments on their own. We will try our best to assist in going to the second assembly point for the meeting, but we will not bear the additional costs incurred as a result. The costs of scenic spots, activities, and accommodations that have not been participated due to the delay of the itinerary cannot be refunded. If we provide a subsequent assembly plan but the team members voluntarily give up the itinerary, the fees will be deducted according to the refund policy.
* Force majeure at the destination includes, but is not limited to: sudden riots at the destination (the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Tourism Bureau issue a red travel warning), natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc., occurring on the way of the tourist route, and large-scale infectious diseases occurring at the destination.
